Trothix accepts pasted text of a lease, contract, or terms-of-service document and returns an AI-generated, plain-language summary, key terms, and potential red flags. It does not create an account for you, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — it does not store the documents you paste.
Trothix is an AI tool, not a law firm or a lawyer, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Its output can miss things, misread context, or flag clauses that are actually standard for your situation. For anything with real money or real consequences riding on it — signing a lease, taking a job, accepting a settlement — have a licensed attorney review the document.

The Trothix name, branding, and underlying software are owned by Trothix. The document text you submit remains yours — we don't claim ownership of it, and as noted above, we don't retain it after analysis.
Trothix currently runs on a free-tier AI budget, which means the Service may occasionally be slow, rate-limited, or briefly unavailable, especially during high-traffic periods. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trothix and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including decisions made based on its output. Use Trothix as a first pass, not a final word.
Trothix is actively evolving. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
